A: Reservations are required. It is a good idea to reserve your equipment so that you know you will be able to get what you need and avoid last-minute fees.
A: Yes, the minimum order amount for customer pickup is $150 and for delivery the minimum order amount is $200. Give us a message and we will do our best if order amount is less than $150. Delivery charge is a $70 flat rate plus $5.00 per mile anything over 20 miles from our location. We are located at 2570 Bellaston Court Grove City, 43123.
A: You should place your reservation as soon as you know what items and quantities you need. If the reservation is made less than seven days before your event, a fee of $15% will be charged to your order, and a 10% charge if made less than 14 days.
A: You can make a reservation over the phone via text/call. You can also request for a quote online. A quote does not guarantee availability. There is a possibility that certain items on your quote become unavailable before your deposit it placed. The best way to guarantee availability for your event is to reserve your order with a deposit. However, if your total order is less than $200 we will charge the total order amount to your credit /debit card at that time, and the items are reserved. If your order is above $201, there will be a non-refundable holding fee of 30% of your total order amount to keep your reservation, this holding fee goes toward your order.
A: Deposit will be charged to a credit card VISA, Master Card, Discover, and most Debit cards. We can accept all credit cards for the remaining balance of the total order. We do not accept cash or checks. **There will be a 3.0% convenience fee for all credit card transactions. **
A: We set up and take down the tent, chair, table, linen with an additional charge. Outside screen projector, and electronic equipment setup with additional cost.
A: The renter shall make it available to I Heart Party Rentals, LLC for pick up at a mutually agreed and conveniently accessible location. Delivery and pickup shall be at the convenience of and at the time designated by I Heart Party Rentals, LLC. Delivery teams are not permitted to go inside the customer's home to set up tables or chairs. IHPR has the right to make reasonable changes to delivery and pickup times. If customers want a specific time frame and additional charge will be added to the invoice.
A: We ask you to leave everything under the tent and stack the equipment as it was delivered. If setup and takedown was paid, we ask you to leave equipment as it was setup and if there are linens please remove any loose debris. If you do not have a tent, we ask that you leave everything accessible to the pick-up crew in the same location as it was delivered stacked. If the items are not accessible when the crew arrives, there may be an additional delivery charge to return and pick up the equipment .
A: You will be charged the replacement cost on that item (100% charge of the actual value cost of each item).

A: Most of our prices are the same or lower than our competitors. We offer the highest quality at a fair price. Charges include price item rent per day, on-time delivery/pickup fee, distance, and taxes. No hidden fees that Renter won't know about.
A: You must be at least 18 years old to rent.
A: A cleaning charge of $5 per item will be charged on items returned dirty.
A: Unfortunately, not. We charge for time out, not time used.
A: Most prices quoted are for 24 hours. If you desire to use rental items for a more extended period, please call our office for long-term rates. All charges are for time out, whether used or not.
A: We cannot be responsible for the weather conditions. If the order is canceled by the customer because of weather reasons, all of the cancellation terms remain in place.
